By using our services or buying a license, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and legally permitted to use trading software. If you do not agree, do not use or purchase the services.

A purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased software for your own lawful trading activities, subject to the plan’s stated terminal, account, duration, and access limits. You purchase a license, not ownership of the software. You may not resell, share, sublicense, copy for distribution, or reverse-engineer the software except where applicable law expressly permits it. Features, platform compatibility, and included support are those described for your plan at purchase.

Trading forex, gold (XAUUSD), CFDs, and other leveraged instruments carries substantial risk, including loss of your entire trading capital. Automated systems can fail or produce losses because of market volatility, slippage, connectivity, broker restrictions, or software errors.

Past trading performance, backtests, and hypothetical results do not guarantee future results. No indicator, bot, strategy, or plan guarantees profit or a particular return. Software and website content are tools and educational information, not personalized investment advice, brokerage services, or account management. Consider independent professional advice and test software in a demo environment before live use.

You are responsible for your broker account, credentials, order settings, position sizing, risk limits, monitoring, and all trading decisions and losses. Keep your devices and account secure, maintain backups where appropriate, and comply with broker rules, platform terms, and applicable laws. Do not use the services for fraud, unauthorized access, market manipulation, or activities that infringe another person’s rights.

Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Paddle’s checkout terms apply to the transaction, applicable taxes, and payment processing. Review the final price, currency, billing frequency, and any recurring charges displayed at checkout before paying. License access and any setup requirements are provided according to the product description; no trading capital is included. Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy and any applicable mandatory consumer rights.

T0KY0 CYBER retains rights in its original software, source code, algorithms, documentation, designs, and branding. Third-party software, platform names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Buying a license does not transfer intellectual property rights or authorize use of our branding to imply endorsement.

To the extent permitted by law, software is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise of uninterrupted availability, error-free execution, or fitness for a particular trading objective. We are not responsible for market losses or third-party broker and platform failures. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable statutory remedies.

We may suspend access for misuse or a material breach, with notice where reasonably possible. Termination does not remove statutory rights or a valid refund entitlement. Updated terms will be posted with a revised date; changes do not retroactively remove rights attached to an existing purchase. Contact us first to resolve disputes. Applicable mandatory consumer protections, including those in your country of residence, continue to apply.
