T0KY0 CYBER / LEGAL
Privacy Policy
This policy explains personal data handling associated with the T0KY0 CYBER website, digital software purchases, and support communications.
Last updated: October 13, 2026
01Information you provide
When you contact us through the listed contact channels, we may receive your name, email address, message, and any information you choose to share. When you buy software, Paddle collects the details needed for checkout, such as email, billing address, and payment information. Order details made available to us may include your email, product, transaction reference, and purchase status. Do not send passwords, broker credentials, or sensitive financial information in support messages.
02Technical information and third-party content
Website hosting and embedded services may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages requested, and security logs. TradingView chart embeds, Google Fonts, external links, and Paddle checkout connect to third-party services, which may receive your IP address and other technical information when loaded. Those services handle data under their own privacy policies.
03How information is used
We use information to respond to requests, provide purchased licenses and support, reconcile purchases and refunds, prevent fraud, maintain service security, and meet legal obligations. Where GDPR applies, relevant legal bases include performing a contract, complying with a legal obligation, legitimate interests such as security and support, and consent where required. We do not use contact details for marketing without the consent or other permission required by applicable law.
04Paddle payment processing
Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and handles checkout, payment processing, applicable taxes, and payment-related refunds. T0KY0 CYBER does not store raw credit card numbers or card security codes. Payment details are supplied directly to Paddle and its payment providers. Read Paddle’s Privacy Policy for its independent data practices.
05Cookies and browser storage
Services loaded by this site may use cookies or similar storage for checkout, security, fraud prevention, and embedded content. Cookie use can vary by provider and browser. You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking necessary cookies may affect checkout or charts. Optional analytics or advertising cookies require consent where applicable law requires it. We do not claim that third-party cookie controls or a site-wide consent system are currently implemented.
06Sharing and international transfers
Information may be handled by service providers involved in hosting, payments, support, and embedded content, or disclosed when required by law. We do not sell your personal information or share it for our own cross-context behavioral advertising. Third-party providers’ practices are governed by their policies. Providers may process information outside your country; where required, transfers must rely on an applicable legal mechanism, such as approved contractual safeguards.
07Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for its stated purpose, ongoing support, dispute resolution, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Retention depends on the type of record and legal requirements; Paddle has its own retention periods. Reasonable safeguards should protect personal information, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.
08Your GDPR and CCPA rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, restriction of processing, or object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. California residents may also have rights to know, correct, delete, and opt out of sale or sharing where CCPA/CPRA applies, without unlawful discrimination. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records required by law. Use the contact channels below to submit requests. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. These statements describe applicable rights, not a certification of GDPR or CCPA compliance.
09Children and policy updates
The trading software is intended for adults, not children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can address it. We may update this policy when services or practices change; the date above identifies the latest version.
